Robotics Integration
Industrial robotics — accessible, affordable, and ready to work alongside your team.
Robotics has traditionally been expensive, complex, and out of reach for many operations. That’s changing. Persase is a partner and integrator for Standard Bots — a US company building a new generation of affordable, easy-to-use industrial collaborative robots that bring automation within reach for operations of any size. Whether you need to automate inspection, pick and place, sanding, or a custom application, Persase handles the full integration — from system design through programming, deployment, and commissioning.
Persase robotics integration — Standard Bots collaborative robot deployed for an industrial application
What We Deliver
- Automated scanning & inspection — a 3D scanner integrated onto the robot arm, programmed to move around the part and capture complete geometry automatically — consistent, repeatable results for every part with no operator involvement
- Pick & place automation — the robot handles repetitive part handling, loading, unloading, and transfer operations — freeing your team from tedious manual tasks and keeping production moving consistently
- Sanding & surface finishing — consistent, programmed surface finishing that removes operator variability and delivers uniform results across every part — without the fatigue and inconsistency of manual sanding
- Custom application integration — if your application doesn’t fit a standard category, Persase designs the integration from scratch — tooling, programming, fixturing, and software — to automate whatever the task requires
- Full system integration & commissioning — Persase handles the complete scope from system design through robot programming, peripheral integration, testing, and on-site commissioning — delivering a working, validated system
- Operator training & support — Standard Bots robots are designed for ease of use, and Persase ensures your team is confident operating, reprogramming, and maintaining the system from day one
Industries That Use This
| Industry | How they use it |
|---|---|
| Aerospace | Automated inspection of flight-critical components and repetitive part handling in manufacturing and MRO environments |
| Defense | Consistent, traceable automated inspection and handling of weapons system components and production hardware |
| Manufacturing | Pick and place, machine tending, sanding, surface finishing, and automated inspection — removing repetitive manual tasks from the production floor |
| Engineering | Flexible automation for R&D, prototyping, and test environments where adaptability and ease of reprogramming matter as much as performance |
the technology
Why Standard Bots?
Standard Bots builds collaborative industrial robots that deliver real performance at a fraction of the cost of traditional robotic systems. The RO1 Core is a 6-axis collaborative robot arm with an 18 kg payload, 1,300 mm reach, and ±0.025 mm repeatability — specifications that match or exceed competing robots at significantly lower cost. Its intuitive touchscreen interface requires no coding, meaning operators can program new tasks and adapt existing routines in minutes rather than days. As a collaborative robot, the Core works safely alongside people without requiring safety cages or barriers, making it practical to deploy in existing production environments without major facility changes. It requires no bolting to the floor, making it easy to move and redeploy wherever the work is.
